NEW YORK, NEW YORK — (Marketwire) — 03/02/12 — Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY) (the “Fund”) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a monthly dividend of $0.075 per share, payable on March 29, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 14, 2012. The ex-dividend date is March 12, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $10.64 on March 1, 2012, the Fund-s annualized dividend yield is 8.46%.
