The published term sheets for 35 placements that were closed during the week. Of these, 27 were for stocks, five for , and three for stocks, with the total value of these closings being over $336m. Seven of these placements were designated -flow through- issuances and four debenture placements closed. The largest public closing was by Golden Star Resources Ltd (GSC.TO) which closed a debenture offering consisting of $77.49m of 5.00%, 5yr notes led by BMO Capital Markets.
