REDWOOD CITY, CA — (Marketwire) — 09/26/12 — Equilar, the leader in data and research, today announced an expansion of its alliance with Glass Lewis & Co., the leading independent governance services firm. And, most importantly, we are able to provide tools to investors and issuers that are critical to constructive engagement.”
