Closure involves long-term inter-institutional planning and large capacities.
At this European seminar participants will learn about the new Commission’s guidelines on closure for the current programming period 2007-2013 and how to best cope in practice with their responsibilities regarding the closure of Operational Programmes. During the closure procedure the managing, certifying and audit authorities need to collaborate very closely with each other. The better they prepare their actions at this point, the smoother the closure process will be conducted.
