NEW YORK, NY — (Marketwired) — 07/31/13 — DS-Concept (), a German-based international trade finance firm established in 2000, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new regional manager for the Middle East and additions to its New York City sales and business development teams.
Hans-Peter Schöttler joined DS-Concept in May as regional manager for the Middle East region. Previously he worked for a world-wide credit insurer, where he was country head for Hungary and subsequently India. “Mr Schöttler-s wide knowledge in export finance and trade transaction is going to be an important asset for us,” says Ansgar Hütten, CEO of DS-Concept Factoring GmbH, “and we are confident that he will further advance our business in the entire Middle East.” Schöttler has a degree in law from the University of Hamburg and a degree in economics from the Hamburg University for Economics and Politics.
Reflecting the global reach of DS-Concept-s client base, Brandyn Prust has joined DS in New York as Vice President Sales, sharing these increasing sales responsibilities with John Stillwaggon, also Vice President Sales.
Brandyn brings to DS many years of experience in international trade finance, factoring and transactional underwriting, most recently as VP of Business Development with Finance One, Inc. Prust graduated from Arizona State University and joined the trade finance and factoring industry early in his career.
DS also announces that Bryan Maloney has joined DS in its Business Development group in New York. Bryan brings prior experience in factoring, most recently in the Business Development team at FGI Finance. Bryan obtained his Bachelor Degree from the Zicklin School at Baruch College.
