MCLEAN, VA — (Marketwired) — 11/26/14 — (OTCQB: FMCC) today released the results of its (PMMS®), showing average fixed mortgage rates flat to down slightly from the previous week with the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage remaining below four percent.
(FRM) averaged 3.97 percent with an average 0.5 point for the week ending November 26, 2014, down from last week when it averaged 3.99 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.29 percent.
