The management consultancy, UNITY, was honored with the ?Best of Consulting? award last night in Düsseldorf. In the category of Digitalization, UNITY impressed the jury in a project that was conducted with thyssenkrupp.
In this award-winning project, digitalization technologies were introduced along the entire value chain in order to increase customer satisfaction as well as efficiency. ?The early involvement of all key stakeholders across all hierarchical levels and different business areas was one of the key success factors in this complex project environment. In doing so, we were successful in developing concepts that have a high-level of acceptance within the organization,? said Axel Berger, Head of Digital Transformation at thyssenkrup Material Services.
