Millar has been named VP, Business Development, and he will report to Bob Lall, Managing Director, Bibby Financial Services, Midwest and Canada.
Millar comes to with a background in banking, having previously worked at the Royal Bank of Canada and, most recently, at the Business Development Bank of Canada. His expertise includes sales, commercial portfolio management, lending and providing working capital solutions to commercial companies.
