The subject portfolio follows a Core+ to Value Add risk-/return profile and has a total lettable area of ca. 42.000 sqm with properties characterized by significant value enhancement potential and good micro locations in Dusseldorf, Neuss, Essen and Mülheim a.d. Ruhr. Vendor of the properties are several funds of an institutional top tier investment manager. In this transaction and throughout the holding period, WOLLENBERG acts as Investment Manager and Co-Investor.
