Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.12 on October 6, 2011, the Fund-s annualized dividend yield was 10.11%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on October 27, 2011 to stockholders of record on October 21, 2011. The ex-dividend date is October 19, 2011.
