The ex-dividend date is December 14, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.94 on December 1, 2011, the Fund-s annualized dividend yield was 9.07%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on December 29, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 16, 2011. The ex-dividend date is December 14, 2011.
