ADITUS makes digital ticketing processes REAL

HANOVER/MUNICH. Messe München GmbH was already convinced of the innovative products of ADITUS GmbH when it awarded its tender for “access management, registration and ticketing”. Now there is also live proof of what was aimed for in one and a half years. ADITUS was fully convincing at the EXPO REAL 2018 from 8 to 10 October in Munich. In the past few months, the existing ticketing solution was replaced at full speed with ADITUS– latest technology, which helps the customer journey from online registration to the self-badging gate. Exhibitors also benefit from these innovations thanks to the Exhibitor Service Centre. After the successful conversion of more than 120 turnstiles, the advantages of the new system are visible and noticeable at the entrance; the crowds of visitors dispersed in only a few minutes and that with printing badges for every exhibitor and visitor at the same time. The entire admission process, including the printing of badges, takes less than three seconds.

“The printing of badges at the gate is one of the highlights of the system change in Munich. Here visitors feel the improvement and digitalisation of processes. Although the printing of badges is an additional new process, it is easier and faster for those taking part: Visitors can simply register at the entrance using their mobiles, open their ticket on their smartphones, tablets or Smartwatches and receive their badge at the turnstile when entering. Despite the complex procedures, usability remains simple for the visitor. We have thus mastered the most important of all milestones in the project,” Marc Luzoff, Managing Director of ADITUS emphasises, adding: “Messe München–s demand for a modern overall system for its participants was extremely high. We are proud to report on the success of the first trade fair. Our thanks go to all those involved in the project and to the Messe München team.”
