Blaza Klemencic secures best World Cup result in her career

As the best European, Blaza Klemencic from FELT ÖTZTAL X-BIONIC World Cup Team finished fourth at the World Cup in Windham (USA). The world class mountain biker started in position 22 and worked her way up lap for lap. “A special thanks to the Team mechanic Geri Schrempf”, commented Klemencic after the race. “Without his outstanding work, this top result would not have been possible”!
The Canadian Catharine Pendrel celebrated her second World Cup victory securing the overall world cup win. Her compatriot Marie-Hélène Premont finished in second place followed by the american Georgia Gould. This outstanding podium result from Blaza Klemencic is a break through in her career. The timing could not be better, this weekend she will compete in the World Championships in Mont-Saint-Anne, Canada. Blaza-s FELT ÖTZTAL X-BIONIC team mates Karl Markt and Sabrina Enaux will also start for their respective countries this coming Saturday.
