To make use of synergies for a more targeted approach to B2B dispute management and commercial mediation two consultancies have entered into a joint venture agreement. GibConsult GmbH, a firm headquartered in Bavaria and Global InterMediation PLLC, a US dispute management and business mediation firm with headquarters in Washington, D.C., USA propose to increase the use of the mediation services within Europe.
Furthermore they will provide joint consulting services to their clients in Europe on the use of appropriate dispute resolution processes to resolve their business disputes.
Effective October 01 both companies started to work in cooperation for a more strategic establishment and mediation consulting in the European Market. This step will be particularly timely because of the recent adoption of the European Directive on Mediation and will prove beneficial to GibConsult, Global InterMediation and its panel of mediators in Europe.
Mark Steinkamp, partner of GibConsult and managing director of GibAcademy, will act as Global InterMediation”s European Representative. Furthermore Mr. Steinkamp became a member of Global InterMediation´s panel of mediators .Europe has Global InterMediation mediators in countries like UK, France, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Sweden and now also in Germany.
GibAcademy GmbH supports this joint venture with trainings and coaching around the project- and dispute management.
