NEW YORK, NEW YORK — (Marketwire) — 09/02/11 — Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY) (the “Fund”) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a monthly dividend of $0.075 per share, payable on September 29, 2011 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2011. The ex-dividend date is September 14, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $9.50 on September 1, 2011, the Fund-s annualized dividend yield is 9.47%.
