TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 11/20/12 — INCOME FINANCIAL TRUST (“INCOME FINANCIAL”) declares its variable monthly distribution of $0.06063 per unit, or 8.5% annually based on the October 31, 2012 net asset value of $8.56. The distribution is payable December 10, 2012 to shareholders on record as of November 30, 2012.
Income Financial unitholders have received a total of $25.15 per unit in distributions since inception, inclusive of this distribution.
