TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwire) — 01/18/13 — INCOME FINANCIAL TRUST (“INCOME FINANCIAL”) declares its variable monthly distribution of $0.06134 per unit, or 8.5% annually based on the December 31, 2012 net asset value of $8.66. The distribution is payable February 8, 2013 to shareholders on record as of January 31, 2013.
Income Financial unitholders have received a total of $25.27 per unit in distributions since inception, inclusive of this distribution.
