(NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”) increased as a result of settlement proceeds which the Funds received from a security previously held in each Fund-s portfolio.
