Mortgage Rates Hit 2017 High






MCLEAN, VA — (Marketwired) — 03/09/17 — (OTCQB: FMCC) today released the results of its (PMMS®), showing average 30-year fixed mortgage rates hitting their highest mark of 2017.

(FRM) averaged 4.21 percent with an average 0.5 point for the week ending March 9, 2017, up from last week when it averaged 4.10 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.68 percent.

this week averaged 3.42 percent with an average 0.5 point, up from last week when it averaged 3.32 percent. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 2.96 percent.

(ARM) averaged 3.23 percent this week with an average 0.4 point, up from last week when it averaged 3.14 percent. A year ago, the 5-year ARM averaged 2.92 percent.
