Patricia Curadeau-Grou

As Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President – Finance, Risk and Treasury, Patricia Curadeau-Grou oversees the Risk Management, Finance, Taxation and Investor Relations, Corporate Treasury, Internal Audit, Financial Accounting, Financial Performance Management and Strategy sectors. Since joining the Bank in 1991, she has held various management positions, including functions in the risk management, bank credit and international fields. During her tenure, Ms. Curadeau-Grou has created a strong risk management-based culture and a rigorous and powerful financial management framework. Ms. Curadeau-Grou has a Bachelor-s degree in Finance from McGill University and since 2007 has been a member of the Women-s Executive Network Hall of Fame for Canada-s most powerful women.

Ghislain Parent

Ghislain Parent joined National Bank in July 2010 as Senior Vice-President – Internal Audit and is responsible for the Internal Audit and Fraud Risk Management departments of the Bank and its subsidiaries. Mr. Parent has more than 20 years of experience in the financial institutions sector. Before joining National Bank, he was Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec and President of CDP Financial Inc. Mr. Parent is a Fellow of the Ordre des comptables agrees du Quebec and has a Bachelor-s degree in business administration and accounting from the Universite du Quebec en Abitibi-Temiscamingue.

William Bonnell

William Bonnell, who joined National Bank in 2001, is currently Senior Vice-President – Risk Management and is responsible for overseeing all the financial group-s risks as well as corporate compliance. During his 20 years in the banking industry, he has held various functions in the risk management, capital markets and international fields. Mr. Bonnell has an MBA (International) from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop-s University.
