Mr. Gionfriddo joins Focus Business Bank with over 35 years experience in community business banking. A formidable banking sales and marketing executive, Mr. Gionfriddo began his community banking career as Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Marketing for San Jose based Plaza Bank of Commerce. Prior to joining Focus Business Bank, Bob was Silicon Valley Regional President for Community Bank of the Bay, Director, Executive Vice President and President of Specialty Markets for Bridge Bank and Co-Founder, Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Heritage Bank of Commerce.
