Soul and Vibe Engages Financial Reporting and Controls Consultant

Mike is an independent owner-operator of a financial services firm providing contract financial reporting and internal control consulting services to public companies with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations.

Working closely with Soul and Vibe management, accounting staff, external auditors, and legal counsel, Mike will provide accounting, internal control compliance and financial reporting expertise to assist Soul and Vibe Interactive with the preparation of periodic financial statements to be filed with the SEC.

Mike has over 15 years of SEC accounting and financial reporting experience in both public accounting and in industry. His experience includes six years in public accounting, specializing in SEC audit and technical accounting at both local and national accounting firms. Mike has also held corporate controller positions at mid-sized companies engaging in managed transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
