(“US Financial 15”) declares its monthly distribution of $0.02743 for each Preferred share, or 5.25% annually based on the August 29, 2014 net asset value of $6.27. Dividends are payable on October 10, 2014 to Preferred shareholders on record as at September 30, 2014.
